Received within estimated time, packaging was good. The remote needed no programming. Just add batteries and you are good to go. Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons do not work on my 2016 Samsung TV. The menu button works so you can still access Netflix and Amazon prime through there as usual. Good value for money if you don't mind the cheap plasticky feeling.
